| Demi performs at a tribute to Ceri-Ann who sadly passed away at the age of 18.
Concert was in aid of House of Joy (Uganda) and Make A Wish Foundation childrens charities.
Various artist performed throughout the evening and Demi finished the first half to an overwhealming applause.
